MUSIC CLUBS
Additional Music in Key Stage 2.
Swalecliffe Community Primary School is visited by three peripatetic music teachers during the week. Music lessons are available for violins, cellos, clarinets and flutes. Children are not required to have their own instruments as hire is available. There is a charge for these lessons payable by the parents.
There is a weekly music club held for all children to attend on a Wednesday evening.
Key Stage 2 Orchestra.
Swalecliffe Community Primary School has it's own Orchestra which meets every week for rehearsals, and performs a termly concert. The Orchestra represents a cross selection of instruments, flutes, percussion, cellos, violins and clarinets.

A music club is held on a Tuesday evening for children wishing to learn the recorder and experience percussion instruments in greater detail.
